Describe my projectA guard cabin provides a workspace for staff responsible for reception, monitoring and access management. It can be positioned at the entrance to a worksite, company, car park or residence, depending on how the site operates.
Positioning should account for the access points to observe, visibility, pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and delivery conditions. The plan is reviewed with you based on the organisation of your site.
Dimensions, door position, glazing and the interior layout are reviewed according to your needs. The available options are confirmed for the selected configuration before approving the offer.
These options can be considered during the review of your project. A service window, furniture, ventilation or air conditioning depend on the selected configuration. A toilet requires suitable space and connections, with feasibility to be confirmed.
You can provide a list of planned equipment: intercom, network, surveillance screen or barrier controls. Positioning and cable routes are reviewed. The quotation specifies the equipment supplied and the installation scope for each party.
Delivery access, the cabin support and any utility connections must be checked before installation. Timing depends on availability, fitting out and site preparations. Services and the schedule are confirmed in the quotation.
Assistance, maintenance and interventions are defined according to the agreed services. Our team explains the follow-up arrangements for your cabin when preparing the offer.
